You retain ownership of the content you upload to myBlkCard. By using the platform, you grant us permission to display and process your content solely for providing the service.

5. സേവന ലഭ്യത

We strive to ensure uninterrupted service, but myBlkCard does not guarantee continuous availability. Maintenance, updates, or technical issues may occasionally cause temporary disruptions.

6. ബാധ്യതയുടെ പരിമിതി

പ്ലാറ്റ്‌ഫോം ഉപയോഗിക്കുന്നതിൽ നിന്നോ കഴിവില്ലായ്മയിൽ നിന്നോ ഉണ്ടാകുന്ന പരോക്ഷമോ ആകസ്മികമോ അനന്തരഫലമോ ആയ നാശനഷ്ടങ്ങൾക്ക് GoBiz ബാധ്യസ്ഥനായിരിക്കില്ല.

7. നിബന്ധനകളിലെ മാറ്റങ്ങൾ

ഈ നിബന്ധനകളും വ്യവസ്ഥകളും എപ്പോൾ വേണമെങ്കിലും അപ്ഡേറ്റ് ചെയ്യാനോ പരിഷ്ക്കരിക്കാനോ ഉള്ള അവകാശം ഞങ്ങളിൽ നിക്ഷിപ്തമാണ്.
